Cattails and Wood

This was a project where I was asked to do a pool fence that was more than just a fence.
The client told me they would like it to be semi-private and some what artistic.
What I came up with was redwood panels divided by cattails finished in oil rubbed bronze.

Sampling of Artistic Railings and Trellises

Sampling of Artistic Gates & Doors

I call this gate the River Gate.
It was a great project that took me down a whole new path in my art work.
I was asked by the client to create a piece that was tranquil and serene in the style
of a Japanese brush painting. The finish is a green copper patina.

This is the first walk through gate I designed and created.

Ducks in Flight
This gate was inspired by the wetlands that surround the property this gate is on. While I was designing the gate, I visited the property hoping to be inspired, and was. Two ducks took flight from a pond full of cattails out over a field of rice. And I had my design for the gate.

Sampling of My Metal Sculptures

Two Fish
This was the very first sculpture I ever made and the the first one I ever sold.
